Shout Details Wooden fishing dinghy suffered engine failure, prevailing westerly winds and waves had pushed them into shoreline. LLRB responded and towed them back to Duncun Mills Slipway, where with assistance from fellow fishermen they made their own way back down the river Leven to their berth.
