Location of Shout 400 metres north of Island I Vow
Shout Details Male casualty had fallen approximately 40ft from the West Highland Way path onto the rocks below. The casualty had suffered multiple injuries and required urgent medical assistance. Coastguard Rescue 999 was tasked alongside LLRB. LLRB assisted the paramedic to package the casualty for extraction to the Rescue Boat then onwards to the helicopter. Injured male was then transferred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
